Please print and complete the form and mail it with your payment to the MSRF at the address below. Please do not mail payments to the Rosecroft address.

There are two sustaining payments for two year olds: March 15 and May 15. The payment amount is $120 per horse per stake for each payment. The March 15 payment must be made to maintain eligibility for both the two and three year old seasons. The May 15 payment need only be made to race as a two year old.

There is one sustaining payment for three year olds: February 15. The payment amount is $240 per horse per stake.

Please note that when a payment date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday observed in this state, payments will be accepted postmarked or hand-delivered on the following business day. We always suggest that you use certified mail when sending payments to our office!

Yearling Nomination Form (Click here to print)
Please print and complete the form and mail it with your payment to the MSRF at the address below.

Yearling nominations are due May 15. A copy of your yearling's registration certificate must be submitted with your nomination. Nominations submitted without the copies will be returned to sender as incomplete. However, a late supplemental fee may be paid ($500 per stake per horse between May 16 and December 31 fo their Yearling Year.). See form for more information.

Stallion Registration Form (Click here to print)

Please print and complete the form and mail it with your payment ($250 per stallion) to the MSRF at the address below. Stallion registrations are due December 1 for the following breeding season. Registrations that are submitted after December 1 but on or before February 1 will be accepted with the late fee of $750.
